Here To Party

We can turn a hospital playroom into a partyroom with arts and crafts, games, and activities and connection for kids facing medical challenges. Every event is customized to the facility and can be themed to the season (think Valentine's, summer carnival or winter wonderland). Want to keep the party going? Set up a corporate chapter for recurring in-person volunteering.

Kits For Play

Help us pack the play. Your team can assemble curated activity kits filling them with supplies for everything from puppet-making to crown-crafting to scrapbooking. These kits are delivered directly to pediatric patients when a volunteer or care team member can't be there in person. It's a simple, engaging, hands-on way for your team to connect while packing kits side by side.

FAQs

 Corporate volunteering builds workplace morale and strengthens brand perception, plus it's good for your team, too. In one national study, 93% of volunteers reported an improved mood immediately after participating.

Absolutely! We customize volunteer opportunities for companies of any size, industry, or location. Fill out our Corporate Inquiries form and we'll take it from there. 

 Here to Party events typically run 5–10 volunteers. Kits for Play events typically run 20–50, but the program scales and we've supported groups as large as 800. 

Please allow for one month lead time for office-based Kits For Play events and two months for hospital-based Here to Party.

For Kits for Play events, we recommend 60-90 minutes for each volunteer to impact 12-15 pediatric patients and family members. Because these events are held on-site at the company’s location, there is flexibility around the time of day scheduled. All Here to Party events run about 3 hours in total (not including transportation to the hospital site): 1.5-2 hour programs with 30 minutes of prep and 30 minutes of clean-up.

That’s up to you. We can facilitate volunteer programs at company offices, off-site locations, conference centers, and employee's homes for remote volunteer events. Here to Party events take place at one of our 500+ medical facility partners near you.

Absolutely! We love to capture the magic that happens when spreading sunshine. (Photographs are only snapped and shared when consented, of course). If you choose to take photos, we encourage you to tag us on your social media outlets.

All corporate volunteering events require a donation that covers staff management and facilitation, procurement, and distribution of materials, and shipping costs. We work with a variety of budgets and can work with you to customize the experience to your needs.
