High school chapter locations

Project Sunshine has active high school chapters at 26 schools across 8 U.S. states and in Canada. Chapters pack activity kits for local pediatric medical facilities, participate in national volunteer events, and fundraise on campus to support Project Sunshine’s mission. We are excitedly growing our high school chapter program and hope to reach many more schools and states in 2026!

FAQ

High school chapter volunteers have several opportunities to support Project Sunshine’s mission. They pack activity kits for local pediatric medical facilities, participate in nationwide volunteer initiatives, and organize fundraising events. 

High school chapters have a one-time $250 initiation fee, and must meet a $1,000 fundraising goal each year.

High school chapters host a minimum of one kit packing event per year.   

Chapter Leaders are required to serve one academic year at a minimum and are encouraged to serve longer.
