Project Sunshine Week is a special week each year during which businesses raise funds and awareness to promote Project Sunshine.

The Empire State Building glows yellow in honor of Project Sunshine Week.
Proclamation from Mayor Bloomberg proclaims May 5th to May 12th "Project Sunshine Week" in New York City.
Helen Ficalora donates 25% of "Sunshine Charm" necklace sales to Project Sunshine.
Origins Natural Resources donates a percentage of sales from each of their 130 stores to Project Sunshine, and conducts band-aid and book drives in all stores.
Macy’s East stores hosts “A Day of Sunshine” at each of their 75 Origins counters, and conducts band-aid and book drives on May 9, 2008.
Leiber donates a percentage of sales of Project Sunshine logo key chain.
Stuart Weitzman creates yellow Project Sunhine shoe, "The Archie” and donates a percentage of sales.
Sprout, a children’s boutique in Westport, CT, sells the Project Sunshine
"Bundle of Sunshine"
onesie and donates all proceeds to Project Sunshine.
